Maximum Room Occupancy is regulated by local fire ordinances and the Pennsylvania Condominium Association. Maximum occupancy in each suite includes children over the age of one. This rule will be strictly enforced.

To assist with a smooth first day, we offer a Welcome Pack upon arrival. Additional items are the guest’s responsibility.

We are a smoke-free building. Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas only.

One guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Of-age occupant must stay for duration of reservation.

We require a one night payment. Payments are nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due at check in.

Maximum room occupancy will be enforced for the safety of all guests. If you have more people in your room than allowed, you will be asked to leave. No refund will be given.

Although we love pets, we do not have the facilities to house animals at our facility.

Please inform your Guest Service Representative of any special requests or needs at time of reservation.

For the comfort of all guests, we ask you to adhere to the regulations agreed upon at check in. Any damage will be charged in full. If a violation is severe and you are asked to leave, a refund will not be given.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled will be charged a full day rental.
